Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, not damaged or altered, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Customized products are non-returnable unless they are defective.
You must contact us and provide all order details to initiate the return.

Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.
Once approved, the refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 2 days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share photos or videos of the damage or defect with us for quick resolution.
A replacement will be arranged soon, or a full refund will be issued.

Refund Not Applicable When

The product has been used.
Original packing is missing or damaged.
Return is requested after the allowed period.
The product is part of a clearance sale.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for:

Wrong product received
Damaged or defective item received
The product does not fit as expected (for applicable products like sunglasses, ties, and more)

Shipping Charges

Free return/exchange for damaged or incorrect products.
For other cases, original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If there is any price difference in the exchanged item, it will be adjusted accordingly.
If the requested product or size is not available, store credit or an exchange alternative may be provided.
Slight variations in color or design due to photography are not considered defects.
